Terms & Conditions
Confirmation/Booking
- Written confirmation is required to finalise all bookings. This should be submitted via email to conferencing@centreofrenewableenergy.co.uk.
- All bookings are subject to a deposit of £100.
- CORE Conferencing reserves the right to cancel the booking if no final confirmation and/or deposit are received within 7 days.
- Full payment of the final balance is required within 30 days of the event taking place.
- Payment may be made via cheque or BACS.
Numbers
- Approximate numbers are required in order to book a room/event.
- Final numbers and a full delegate list must be submitted to CORE Conferencing at least 48 hours before the event.
- These numbers will relate both to the room set up and the catering services provided.
Cancellation
- In the event of a cancellation, CORE Conferencing reserves the right to levy charges as follows:
- One to three months prior to the event – 30% of the total, including forfeit of deposits paid
- Two weeks to one month prior to the event – 50% of the total, including forfeit of deposits paid
- One week to two weeks prior to the event – 75% of the total, including forfeit of deposits paid
- Up to one week prior to the event – 100% of the total, including forfeit of deposits paid
Company Liability
- CORE Conferencing shall not be liable for any delays in performing its duties as a result of causes beyond its control
Client Liability
- The client shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of their guests and ensure that their behaviour shall not cause a breach of law or in any way cause nuisance
- The client shall reimburse CORE Conferencing for any costs incurred through wilful damage or negligence of CORE’s property by the client or their guests
Loss of Personal Items
CORE Conferencing is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any property left on the premises or in any vehicle on the site, howsoever caused.
